You can terminate your subscription at any time through your account management page. Such termination will result in the deactivation or disablement of your account and access to it, and the deletion of content you collected through use of the services. Terminations are confirmed immediately an you will not be charged again for that unless you purchase or subscribe again for a new account. If you terminate a Subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for any period of time you did not use in that billing cycle.
iXora Solution may terminate your Subscription at the end of a billing cycle by providing at least 30 days prior written notice to you. Ixora may suspend performance or terminate your subscription for any of the following reasons : a. you have materially breached these Terms and Failed to cure the breach within 30 days after iXora has so notified you in writing; b. you fail to pay fees for 30 days past the due date.
These Terms of Use may be modified from time to time. Any modifications to these Terms of Use will be effective upon posting. You should therefore read these Terms of Use before you place any order. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications to the Terms of Use indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.
The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of iXora Solution and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
